Walking the IT - Ed Tech Tightrope

Leading the innovative uses of technology in a school district includes the right balance between ed tech and IT to make a meaningful impact on classroom instruction and student achievement. In this session, we will discuss how different it is to lead from either side of the technology tightrope and why you must strike a balance between the two to really move your district forward. Strategies, tools, and examples of how to find the balance with "the other side" from either outside or within your department will be shared.
